As a vegan I found this book refreshing and informative. The workout plans and meal plans are useful.I noticed a few grammatical errors but doesn't take anything away from the critical messages.
The book was an easy read and very informative with practices that actually work.
To get fit healthy
This book has all the information you need when it comes to building muscle on a vegan diet. There is no 'filler' or waffle at all but just the essentials including content that I haven't seen elsewhere such as the fact the human body produces it's own creatine so no need to supplement.I've put on more muscle since going vegan three years ago than I ever did when eating meat so have found out some of this info for myself. However, after reaching a bit of a plateau I decided to purchase this book to get another perspective and see if there was anything I was missing and am glad I did.
As someone who is currently exploring a new journey in health and wealth and I find this book to be a great body of work. What I particularly like about the book is the different sections and the manner in which Paul breaks down the importance of a particular 'thing'. For example when explaining the process of making juice you realise the importance of staying away from store concentrate or pasteurised drinks and the effects on the body. To cut a long story short - By no means does the book have all the answers however it provides a solid framework to add to to your wealth of information on how to live a better and more importantly vegan life. I highly recommend.
