30-minute consultation

Over the years I had lost confidence in my sexual ability and general sense of what it meant to be a man. I had tried counselling and other methods of therapy with no luck. I reached out to Paul around June 2023 and we arranged a 30 minute consultation. We discussed the issues at hand. I had always focused on the “why” and the root cause of my issues. Sometimes there are no concrete answers and we have to learn to move forwards. Paul switched my mindset and got me to focus on what I could do to get better. We made a plan, introducing natural herbs, an exercise regime, cold showers, diet and mental exercises which are designed to reshape and reinforce a new set of beliefs. By no means was it easy at first, however with time I learnt to adapt to this new routine. Fast forward 12 months and my wife is due to give birth to our first child. My libido, election issues, self esteem and general well being has improved drastically and is still getting stronger with time. Thank you Paul!
